I am so excited to be welcoming two amazing healing artists, Eric Ewing(Mason City, Iowa of Integrated Massage) Tobin Ragnorol (Arcata, California of Middleway Method), 
to our community to share their wisdom, energy, and bodywork with us, alongside my work in Compassionate Creativity.

The cycle of community wellness depends on the creative leadership of individuals who are able to care for themselves in the midst of the stress and pressures of modern life. How do we gracefully cultivate the ability to move into deep ease and relaxation with ourselves? How does this affect meaningful interactions supporting others as they discover their capacity to meet their own needs and care for others?
 
This playshop will guide participants through: 
Experiencing physical relaxation, touch, and movement, Sharing stories of the past present & future, Creating & witnessing artistic expression
  • Offered for a sliding Scale of $120-150
  • Lunch and Dinner Provided
  • Space is limited.
  • No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please email any specific needs.
